In September 2022 I was sold a refurbished iPhone XS with A quality for the modest sum of €399.00; once the warranty expired, exactly 1 year later, the battery began to show the first signs of failure.
In January 2024 the maximum capacity of the battery reached 51%, despite the fact that I recharged it correctly and took advantage of the chargers offered by them (which can be found in the packaging).
Despite everything, I was actually called by customer service and within 1 and a half hours, the guy at the counter managed to replace my battery.
Good job.

I took my Mac for an update asking and recommending me to make a backup before proceeding, not only did they not make a backup but they lost all the data on the disk.
First they told me that there had been an unexpected event, perhaps because the disk was old, even though it was only two years old, then that the disk had broken, then no, maybe it was fine but I had to do the backup... and that therefore they were not at fault (!!!)
Impossible to talk to a manager, everyone says they know nothing and can't do anything.
What can I say... not only incompetence but also inability to manage situations.
Totally negative experience.

The information you provided for the recovery was completely vague and provisional, you should have called me back to give me further details but you never did, I called back a couple of times then I let it go given the situation.
There was no way to speak to a manager and no one took responsibility for anything. My request to make a backup was there REALLY! And you should do it anyway, the customer doesn't have to ask for it.
An unexpected event can happen when you work, this is understandable. What is not understandable is the carelessness in managing the problem.
